Expand Virgin Australia's customer engagement beyond the flight experience
Solution
After extensive research, our data insight team found that Virgin travellers prioritise activities at their destinations over the flight itself. Recognising that flying is just a part of their journey, we aimed to accompany travellers throughout their entire trip. To achieve this, we developed the Virgin Travel App, ensuring that Virgin Australia remains a valuable companion, offering premium service both in travelers' home cities and new destinations.

Problem
Personal Shopping Bookings for TOPMAN were declining as young professional men found it hard to visit the store, despite wanting the service
Solution
We expanded TOPMAN's Personal Shopping service with a digital store app, offering 24/7 real-time style advice. Customers can match their style with celebs and influencers, and TOPMAN's styling team curates looks from in-store stock based on the customer's brief and budget. Packages are ordered online, sent to the customer's home for a trial, and unwanted items are picked up later, with payment automatically processed

Bringing premium brands Aquila footwear and BMW Motorrad together was an innovative initiative to introduce new segments to both brands
Segments AI & Email AI
We designed a sales campaign to generate the initial batch of customer data. To boost sales, we used Klaviyo AI to define a variety of customer segments. Then, we employed Email AI to generate subject lines and email content, which were A/B split tested. This approach also included additional sales incentives and rewards for customers who increased their orders.
Results

Amid the pandemic and lockdown, we launched Shopify websites for a network of Ironman 4x4 dealerships to sell and fit 4x4 accessories, camping equipment, and touring gear
Problem
How to connect with a targeted demographic unable to see products physically, with limited funds, while still making sales
Solution
One of the dealerships Melton4WD.com.au increased its SKU count, strengthened its direct messaging team, and accepted payments during the pandemic. Using phone, email, and Facebook Messenger, the team converted an average of 24.5% traffic to their stores. The online presence was crucial as eCommerce boomed during the lockdown, preventing significant revenue loss. We added more easily shippable items via Australia Post instead of those requiring fitting onto 4x4 vehicles
